YES stands for - Youth, Empowerment, Service. We are aimed at creating socially responsible community which can impact humanity holistically. We stress management tools and techniques such as Yoga and meditation, which can help an individual in improving focus and productivity,eliminate doubt, decrease stress and anxiety to become centered.

Yes Club offers regular Yoga and Meditation on all Saturdays at 9:00 am. Yes Club also conducts meditation sessions for students and student organizations before examinations

YesPlus Alternative Break

Alternative Winter Break is a unique combination of leadership, service and self-exploration. During this three-week international intercultural experience students experience immersion into rural India, integrating their growing self-awareness with a global service mindset.

CONTENT: Design and deliver service projects that address important social issues such as: Improving rural infrastructure • Improving rural life through technology • Enhancing education in underserved areas • Improving women’s health • Organic farming education • Farmer suicide prevention

DURATION: 3 weeks

GROUP SIZE: 15-30 students from universities across the country

COST: $1350 + flight
